Leadership Coaching Approach

The basic premise of leadership coaching is that the knowledge and skills are within the individual. My role as a leadership coach is to help create self-awareness that allows one to know and fully develop their authentic self, their “presence”. Awareness is created from feedback and introspection. One of the greatest gifts we can receive is feedback, as it provides information for self-discovery, as well as creates possibilities for new experiences and learning. As self-awareness increases, opportunities for improving the desired objective are revealed (i.e., letting go of issues, communication, balance, performance, etc.). Being intentional about our choices, designing actions, planning, goal setting and accountability all factor into the growth and progress my clients make.

Leadership Coaching – the “Experience”

Executive Leadership Coaching is for you… if you are aspiring to be an organizational leader or have been driven into a leadership role and need to be aware of your challenges and create steps to improve yourself and those you serve. TL2 will be your guide and will allow you to construct your vision and goals, support the client in identifying and troubleshooting barriers, developing actions and clear measures of success, and creating systems to ensure sustainability as you go along your leadership journey.

Coaching provides an opportunity for transformative growth and awareness to occur. As we get to know one another, we will create a relationship of the highest integrity based upon a solid foundation of trust and respect. As your coach, I will always be an active listener with a mindset to ask powerful and thought-provoking questions.

Leadership Coaching – Return on Investment (ROI)

Many people will ask and should what will be the return on investment for leadership coaching and training? TL2 has done a great amount of research and from all accounts the average return on coaching is close to SIX times the cost of coaching.

There are tangible components of how to calculate ROI and there are intangible results. One of the more interesting intangible factors is another ROI, this is referred to the Return on Integrity and the overall impact on the culture of an organization when Leadership Coaching and Training is introduced.

The method of calculating ROI is and can be very subjective. TL2 wants to ensure and be accountable for aligning your organizations values and principles to support to better the industry standards and on your ROI. We will partner with you on establishing those metrics to assist in evaluating the results of our Leadership Coaching and Training.
