If Only Mirrors Could Talk (Self-Awareness)

TL2 seeks to build and support relationships that will have an open mind of what people need to hear and not what they want to hear. The topic “If Mirrors Could Talk Back” is all about building self-awareness and what some would call introspection. To the point, what TL2 refers to as being able to digest honest feedback. To be a part of a team (or an organization), to build a team and lead successful teams we have to understand that working as a team will accomplish more than doing it all yourself.
